Senate Bill 260 was passed in an effort for a gang of politicians to appear compassionate without addressing true rehabilitation for offenders of any age. First fix the system then show mercy, otherwise the cycle continues. Once again, Sacramento takes the easy way for political and self-aggrandizing reasons.Thanks to SB260, the cycle just sped up… more crime, more victims, more sorrow.
